1. A basketball costs 80 dollars. You receive a 15 % as it is on sale. How much is the ball? 


2. A pair of trainers cost 120 dollars. On sale they are 20% cheaper, so you bought two pairs. How much did you pay in total? 



3. A school bag is 75 dollars on the site  and there is a 30% delivery fee . How much is the delivery fee and what is the total cost?


4. Yesterday Anna bought a binder and a book in the book store. The binder was $60 and the book was $18. When she went to pay,the cashier told her that there was a 5% discount on the binder and a 10% on the book.

1.       Pueri Domus will hold a Thanksgiving dinner on November 26th to celebrate what families are thankful for. So far 186 elementary students have already bought their tickets. The school has a total of 236 students in elementary. How many students still need to confirm?

 
2.       If the total number of people on the Thanksgiving dinner will be 523 and it is known that 186 are students. How many people are not students?

 
3.       The staff who is organizing the dinner have already got 483 chairs. If 523 people have confirmed presence so far, how many chairs do they still need?
 
4.       By the end of last week 315 people paid for their tickets. The total collected for the event so far is RS4,725.00. What is the cost of each ticket?
  
 
5.       There are around 900 people showing up for dinner and there are 150 tables available.
 How many people that can sit at each table?

  3. James and Simon have a reading assignment to complete. Together they  have read a total of 200 pages and Simon has read 75 pages. How many pages has James read?


   4. Mrs. Lindy is purchasing notebooks for her students. She spends $54 on n notebooks. Each notebook costs$3.How many did she buy?


   5. Carl is on the school track team. To prepare for an upcoming race, he plans to run 217 km total over the next 31days. How much will he run each day?


6.Chas and Tyler have been collecting video games. Chas has 25 video games, and together they have a total of 65 video games. How many games does Tyler have?
